MahaKumbh 2025: one window, 36 hotels

Problem

A once-in-12-years pilgrim wave was coming. The city's supply was not contracted. The deadline could not move; the Kumbh does not wait for paperwork.

Strategy

Ran a 0-to-1 contracting blitz: 36 hotels and guest houses signed, onboarded, and armed with Sponsored Listings, Override Commissions and Packages before the window shut.

Impact

36 properties live before the ghats filled. The surge fed a 37% room-night and 25% GMV year across the portfolio.
